- Minutes 0–10: Your context. What you're trying to do, what's in the way, what you've tried.
- Minutes 10–30: The real conversation. We pull threads, ask uncomfortable questions, try to break the assumption that AI is the answer.
- Minutes 30–45: Honest fit read. If it's a yes, we propose a path. If it's a no, we say so and refer you somewhere better.
