The traditional education system wasn’t built to make you rich, healthy, or happy. Its roots lie in the Industrial Revolution, where its primary goal was to churn out disciplined, obedient workers for factories. Uniformity, repetition, and compliance were key. 🤖 

Creativity and self-reliance? Not so much. Historians have often pointed to this "factory model" of education as a system designed to serve industrialists, not individuals. :

Let’s take a look at what we didn’t learn in school🤓 

• Financial Literacy: You probably know a bunch of random shit that isn’t useful, but do you know how to do your taxes? Most people leave school with no idea how to budget, invest, or understand credit. A national survey found that 60% of adults wish they’d been taught personal finance in school. Instead, we’re left fumbling through adulthood, learning from trial, error, and overdraft fees. 🙃 
  

• Entrepreneurship and Marketing: If you wanted to create a product, sell it, and scale a business, would your education have helped? Most likely not. The curriculum skips over the skills required to build something of value. No lessons on how to identify a market, create a product people want, or craft messaging that converts browsers into buyers. 😨 
  

• Nutrition and Health: Did you learn anything in school about nutrition? I definitely didn’t. Could be useful since the #1 cause of disease in the united states is nutrition. It’s no wonder so many adults fall into the trap of convenience eating, leading to the growing burden of diet-related health issues. BUT DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT 🙃. Read this mystical web page from USDA THEMSELVES which nobody has ever seen and was not communicated to any of the population throughout grade school until graduation. 👍️

Luckily for us the world has shifted, and the economy rewards those who can adapt, build, and thrive outside the traditional paths. 👊

I personally know people who are making WAY MORE than that. 💵
