FairlyFunded

Nomad Technologist is not a lender. FairlyFunded is a referral and matching platform for vetted lending partners. By submitting an inquiry you do not enter a loan agreement. Lending decisions, terms, rates, and approvals are made solely by the funding partner. There are no fees charged to borrowers by Nomad Technologist or FairlyFunded.

Services

AI implementation services are provided by Nomad Technologist Inc. under engagement-specific scopes of work. The 90-minute Diagnostic carries a money-back commitment as described on the Diagnostic page. Sprint and Implementation engagements are delivered under separately negotiated SOWs.

By providing your phone number on any Nomad Technologist form you consent to receive transactional and operational SMS regarding your subscription, account, or active engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Privacy

We collect only the information you provide via forms (email, name, optional company, optional phone, quiz answers, intake data). We do not sell personal information. We share data only with platform partners required to deliver the service you requested (Beehiiv for newsletter, Stripe for payment, Resend for email, Supabase for storage, FairlyFunded for funding referrals). All transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). Subscriber data is stored in Supabase with row-level security.

Terms

By using this site you agree that all content is informational, all engagements are governed by their specific SOW or subscription agreement, and that no obligation arises from browsing or reading. Disputes arising from a paid Nomad Technologist engagement are governed by the SOW for that engagement; in the absence of a more specific clause, by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
